In parallel to working on registration, designed an onboarding solution to promote users to add their NMLS-ID*

In the previous experience, users are abruptly placed into the platform with no instructions on adding their NMLS-ID. Upon purchasing a PE or CE course, if they watch through the first few videos and are re-directed to BioSig, there’s no guidance to add the ID to their profiles. This leaves the user confused and lost.

With my initiative, this kick-starts a new beginning of a proper onboarding experience. The first step is to directly address the common pain-point of NMLS-ID not getting added to profiles.

*NMLS-ID is required for any NMLS facilited courses and loan officers are mandated to have an ID registered prior to taking mentioned courses.
